DMCA Policy

01 Overview

IPTV Adults respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). IPTV Adults is DMCA protected, and we expect our users to respect intellectual property rights as well.

02 Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content available through IPTV Adults infringes your copyright, send a notice to dmca@iptvadults.com including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• The location/URL of the allegedly infringing material;
• Your full contact details (name, address, email);
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

03 Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to dmca@iptvadults.com with the statements required by the DMCA, including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

04 Repeat Infringers

Accounts involved in repeated copyright infringement are terminated, in accordance with our repeat-infringer policy and our Terms of Service.

05 Processing Time

Valid takedown notices are actioned promptly — typically within 24–72 hours of receipt.
